Johnny reached out to me promptly and, although it was the Friday before New Years, agreed to come to my home that evening to assess the situation and provide me a price. He agreed in advance that there was no guarantee he would get the job (as I informed him I had already gotten some prices). The project involved putting in an electrical line, installing a new electric range (replacing one that had been hard wired), and installing a new electric range hood. My house is old and has proven challenging for other contractors who have done work for me. Johnny arrived promptly, quoted a very reasonable price (lower than other prices I had received), and indicated that if I wanted, he would do the job that evening. Observing him, I was impressed by his meticulousness and how clean he maintained the work area. He did a fantastic job and even removed the old range and range hood from my home (something others who quoted seemed reluctant to do).
